Why join

Built around specialists, not seats.

We're a small partner team running a curated network. We don't do bench, we don't do CV-spam, and we don't sell generalists by the day. If you're recognised in your field, this is built for you.

01

Hired for what you actually know.

Clients see your real CV — papers, talks, CVEs, shipped models, response work. We open conversations because of your depth, not because we needed to fill a row.

02

Specialist-grade rates. 14-day terms.

AI and cybersecurity rates anchored to specialist work, not generic consulting bands. You see the client rate, the margin and your take on every assignment. Paid in 14 days.

03

Peer guilds that push your thinking.

Two active guilds — AI & ML, and cybersecurity — with monthly deep dives, paper clubs and ops reviews. Quiet most days. Sharp when it matters.

04

Partner cover for the hard parts.

Scope drift, contract grey zones, ramp-down conversations — a partner runs interference. You stay on the work that earned you the seat.

05

Cleared and regulated work, by default.

A meaningful share of our assignments are in regulated, sensitive or cleared environments. We do the security paperwork once, properly, so you can take the work.

06

Honest no's, fast.

If we can't place you well, we say so the same week — and tell you which of our peers might be a better fit. We'd rather lose you than waste your quarter.

Who & how

Who we open for, and how we get you in.

We open conversations only when there's a genuine match — and we close them honestly when there isn't. Two technical references, one intro call, and we both know within a week.

WHO WE OPEN FOR
  • AI & ML specialists — applied research, MLOps, evaluation, AI safety
  • Cybersecurity specialists — offensive, defensive, cloud, governance
  • Senior data, platform and software engineers (8+ yrs)
  • Independent architects and tech leads with shipped track record
HOW IT WORKS
  1. 1Intro call. 30 minutes with a partner. We talk about what you've shipped and what you want next.
  2. 2Reference loop. Two technical references from people you've delivered with. We call them.
  3. 3Network. You're in. We open conversations only when there's a real match.

FAQ

Common questions from people thinking about applying.

If your situation isn't here, send a note — we'd rather have a 20-minute call than miss someone who'd be a great fit.

Do I need to be Gothenburg-based?
No, but most of our active assignments are in the Nordics with at least some on-site time expected. If you're EU-based and travel-flexible, that works. We're upfront about location requirements before any conversation goes anywhere.
Do I have to be a registered AB / firma?
Yes — we contract consultant-to-consultancy, not as employees. AB or enskild firma in Sweden, the equivalent in your country. We can point you at accountants if you're mid-setup.
What does "specialist-grade rate" actually mean?
Rates anchored to what you'd charge a direct client for the same depth — not a generic consulting band with our margin layered on top. You see the client rate and our margin on every assignment. The margin is fixed. The rate isn't.
How exclusive is the network?
Non-exclusive. We don't ask you to turn down direct clients or other networks. What we do ask: tell us when you're booked elsewhere, and don't double-book us on assignments we've started conversations on.
How often do assignments come up?
For active practice areas (AI, cybersecurity), typically a few new conversations per consultant per quarter. We deliberately don't try to keep you fully booked — we'd rather over-curate than burn out the network.
What if my speciality isn't AI or cyber?
We also work with senior data, platform and software engineers, plus independent architects, around the AI and cyber practices. Apply anyway and we'll be honest about whether we can place you well.
